I had an odd experience,,, See what you think, My boss has a high school friend at work with us(in the office with the boss) I work with a married man who bosses friend is fatally in love the man I have to work with. She (the bosses best friend ) starts rumors about us,lies, exaggerates confrontations, and gets the boss to write me me for things she does. The boss is a determined not to listen to both sides. What do you suggest I do?

Hi, thanks so much for these tips! My blogs usually do bring readers and responses. One thing I do is engage with the readers. Answer questions in responses and make clarifications where needed. I think they appreciate that I take the time to talk to them.
