<description>This is an excellent article, I was looking for something else but related when I landed into this website.

Is there perfect bosses somewhere?
How many bosses are out there that have never fallen in one or other category?

What a beautiful world would it be if we all would keep balance with the different situations, use personal ethics and separate work from personal relationship not only for bosses but with associates also. In other words, have control of our mind to drive situations.

Sometimes being friendly helps, micromanaging also works sometimes, but being two faces, thieving or bullying boss reflects lack of self-confidence.

Thanks for the article.
